Our client was involved in an auto accident that resulted in significant physical complaints immediately following the incident. She reported multiple injuries, including: right shoulder, neck, and clavicle pain, upper and mid-back pain, right arm and right leg pain, facial bruising, headaches and ringing in the right ear, abdominal pain, severe dizziness, numbness in the right hand and fingers, difficulty sleeping, particularly on her right side.
