Significant Persistent Injuries from Accident – $150,000

Published: 07/15/2026

Our client was involved in an auto accident that resulted in significant physical complaints immediately following the incident. She reported multiple injuries, including: right shoulder, neck, and clavicle pain, upper and mid-back pain, right arm and right leg pain, facial bruising, headaches and ringing in the right ear, abdominal pain, severe dizziness, numbness in the right hand and fingers, difficulty sleeping, particularly on her right side.

Total medical specials reached approximately $83,432.01, reflecting the seriousness and persistence of her injuries. In addition to the medical treatment, we emphasized loss of wages and the impact the injuries had on our client’s ability to work. We also highlighted that our client was pregnant during the course of treatment, which added an additional layer of concern, complexity, and risk related to her care and overall recovery. These factors were key in pushing the value of the claim beyond the initial evaluation.

The case initially received an offer of $80,000. Through continued negotiation and advocacy, we were able to successfully increase the settlement to $150,000. This result highlights the importance of persistence in negotiations, proper case development, and effectively presenting the full scope of our client’s injuries and treatment. Our client was extremely happy with the result.
