T-boned by Vehicle Exiting Parking Lot – $100,000

Our client was driving on Oak Glen Rd when another driver exited a parking lot and T-boned his vehicle, causing major property damage and significant injuries. As a result of the impact, our client experienced pain throughout his body, including his neck, back, shoulder, left knee, and right foot, along with headaches and dental trauma after his head struck the right door.

He underwent extensive treatment including medical care, chiropractic treatment, physical therapy, pain management, acupuncture, orthopedic evaluation, and psychological support. Diagnostic imaging revealed cervical disc herniations up to 4mm and lumbar disc protrusions up to 3mm. During an orthopedic spine consultation, he reported severe neck and mid-back pain radiating into his shoulders and left arm, as well as constant low back pain radiating into his left leg, with associated numbness. Due to the severity of his condition, spinal injections were recommended. He continued treatment with ongoing complaints affecting his spine, right ankle, and left knee.
