Unsafe Left Turn, Total Loss – $250,000

Our client was injured when the defendant made an unsafe left turn, totaling her vehicle. She sustained a nondisplaced fracture to the dorsal right foot and severe contusions to the right foot, left wrist, and chest wall. She was transported to the hospital, followed by several weeks in a rehabilitation facility, and required months of in-home care thereafter. She continues to recover.
