Run Red Light T-bone Accident – $100,000

Published: 07/01/2026

Our client was involved in a T-bone accident caused by the defendant running a red light, resulting in significant impact and bodily injury.

As a direct result of the collision, our client suffered injuries including neck, back, shoulder, arm, wrist, leg, and foot pain, along with headaches after her head struck the airbags. She underwent extensive medical treatment, including chiropractic care, medical evaluations, diagnostic imaging, pain management treatment, acupuncture, and interventional procedures. MRI imaging revealed lumbar spine disc bulges at L3-4, L4-5, and L5-S1. Ultimately, she required interventional pain management treatment, including trigger point injections and multiple lumbar epidural steroid injections with platelet rich plasma  therapy. Her total medical expenses amounted to $100,680.43.

A demand was submitted to the at-fault carrier, and liability was accepted. Through strategic negotiations, I was able to secure the full policy limits of $100,000 for our client. The client was happy with the outcome of her case.

*A study by the Insurance Research Council found that people who hire an experienced lawyer after an accident file claims at least 3.5 times larger than those without one. No guarantees made, every case is different.
